1. Regulatory status
Every compound sold on this site — including peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and GLP-1 analogues such as semaglutide and tirzepatide — is an unapproved new drug in the United States. None has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, efficacy, or human clinical use. They are supplied solely as research chemicals and reference materials for in-vitro laboratory and analytical use.
2. Current FDA activity — as of July 14, 2026
On July 23–24, 2026, the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) is scheduled to review seven peptides — BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTs-C, Emideltide, Semax, and Epitalon — regarding eligibility for the 503A compounding bulk substances list. Committee outcomes are advisory recommendations to the agency; they are not final rules and are not FDA approvals.
The FDA has proposed to exclude semaglutide, tirzepatide, and liraglutide from the 503B compounding bulks list. This remains a proposed rule until final agency action is published.

3. The in-vitro boundary
The FDA actively issues warning letters to firms that market these compounds to consumers under a “research use” label while providing dosing guides or reconstitution instructions. We provide no dosing, reconstitution, administration, or clinical guidance — for any product, in any channel. Product pages state analytical specifications only.
4. Enforcement
Every order carries a recorded research-use attestation. We screen orders and accounts, require institutional documentation where research use cannot be verified, refuse or cancel non-qualifying orders, and permanently ban any buyer suspected of intent for human or animal administration. Suspected diversion is reported where the law requires.
5. Lot documentation
Released lots include a certificate of analysis from an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory and a product-specific GHS-format SDS, retrievable by lot number in the COA library. Documents are lot-specific; where a document is not shown for a batch, support can check the live database for an active, approved, lot-specific record on request.
